350z Turbo help
Hey there everyone,
I'm new to the forum and do NOT own a 350z, however I've been saving up for one going between 3 jobs as well as college and hope to have one within the next year or so. It seems like a big question to ask but what are some reliable turbo/turbo kits that can run high/low psi? It WILL be my summer DD. I plan on building the internals to help handle more boost but for now I'm trying to get a shopping list/prices for what I need to make it put out some good power. I should also note I'm somewhat new to the whole car scene and thought I should learn from others who are more experienced.
All suggestions and tips are greatly appreciated!

Let me be the first to tell you, focus on buying your car first and handling the maintenance. Its expensive to mod the Z, but turbos are another league of spending.
What you should do is finish school, pay off any loans you have with that money you saved, and come out of college debt free and than buy your Z after you find a real and stable job.

Buy the car first.
Right now you are with the dreamers that ask the questions.Make the lists of
stuff you'd add to your car once you buy it.
Take things one step at a time.
Have you DRIVEN a Z?
You may not even like it.
Get your financies stable before you do anything.

Well damn guys don't gotta be rude. I'm currently going through college debt free while saving up for the Z. As well as saving up for a down payment on a house for after college. Yes I have driven a 350z and I love it. With me saying "New to the site" means I'm still figuring out how to navigate. I've researched different turbo builds but want to know what everyone else's preferences were. Don't gotta be mean ;P
Thats what im planning. I'm not going to buy the car then turbo it right away just cause I want to buy other things for it before hand and do exactly what you said about seeing if id prefer non turbo better
if you get the hr (07-08) you will make more power. the way i am now with full bolt ons i make 286 to the wheels on a mustang dyno (kinda known for being low) and it is plenty fast enough for me
Meh, I've seen worse dreamer threads. At least he has a steady income.
OP, get the car, get a feel for it when it's stock (or close), do research, and if you need clarification, then ask.
