Walbro Fuel pump question
I did a few searches and found no information about a Walbro 416 pump.

Does any one have any experience with it? Would it be ok to run it on just pump gas until I have a built motor and tune it for E-85?
Only looking for 400-450 whp out of T-Trim V2 for now until motor is build and ready to go.

requires modification to the fuel sending unit to install it. requires return fuel conversion to get proper idle pressure. the stock sending unit will not allow the pump to reach its full potential. i have had a lot of customers ditch that setup and move to a twin pump just because the sending unit was holding the pump back too much.
Use an aeromotive 340 or AEM 50-1200... fits the sending unit better, and is a better match for it in terms of flow, and either will make over 500rwhp with E85 if the rest of your fuel system is up to the task, and assuming the non-replaceable filter in your sending unit isnt too backed up. either will probably still require a return fuel system, its unlikely the stock regulator is going to be able to do the job with these pumps.

i still think the aeromotive or AEM pumps are a better match for the stock fuel pump module... just because they actually fit without chopping it up, and their flow is more appropriate. make sure to run a relay and larger wiring for that pump... the factory wires will get really warm running it!

You will have to modify your sending unit very mildly, as if you were installing a Walbro 255. You will NOT have to modify it extensively, as if you were installing a Walbro 400/485.
