450 rwhp Greddy TT
Hmm I wonder what 10psi can do seeing how some cars (*Greddy**cough*)have handled it
lol Scary thought is you can probably hit 500rwhp, just question of how well the DFMU can handle the tuning. t32, how do you like the DFMU as a tuning unit? Did you tune for 8.5psi, then just lower the boost? Or use the SAFC-II for holding 2+ fuel maps? Does the SAFC-II permit you to change fuel delivery enough to cover the entire 5psi-8.5 psi range?

With 450 rwhp and some good track tires, t32gzz might possible be in the 11's if it can grab. He has replaced the stock clutch with an OS Giken to withstand the extra power/torque. Man, I bet that Z is driving around snorting like a bad *** bull

Hey man, what did u do to build up the engine, is it stock internals, besides the clutch, or what good stuff do u have on that bad boy, interested cuz i am saving my pennies for the Greddy kit too. Thanks for the info.
It has alot to do with tuning. Other things must be installed in order to map out your fuel delivered, modifications must be made in order to withstand high performance tuning. Upgraded fuel pump, Clutch, waste gates, fuel injectors ect and upgrading your ecu to help map the fuel delivery. all of this while increasing your boost.

I am egerly waiting for my greddy kit. What exhaust is that t32gzz? What are your egt's at 8.5 psi on a WOT run? how much timing advance do you see at wot?

I am sure I will miss a question or 2, but here goes
Exhaust is the new Stillen Large Tip exhaust with dual 2.5" pipes
EGT's at WOT are 600C at 8.8 psi, EGT's are in the down pipes
Clutch, fuel management and timing all in post.
Custom downpipes - catless of course
Engine is on stock internals - not running 450 hp unless racing, low boost for daily driving.
Extras over the Greddy kit - DFMU, Tsunami fuel pump (aux), SAFC II, TS reflash for timing and rev limiter, OS Giken clutch w/ lightweight flywheel, Stillen exhaust, custom downpipes, Turbo Timer, Profec B Boost Controller, Greddy BOV, 2 Greddy EGT's and a Greddy Boost Guage...$$$$
BOV is not routed back into charge pipe, vented to atmosphere... sounds bad a##
Only running 2 maps on Profec B, and tuning the DFMU to max boost and the SAFC in a similar way. Feedback on the DFMU and SAFC combo... a/f ratio is almost a straight line and all sub 12's.
Traction is definitely an issue, 1st gear has about 1 second to 1.5 to redline at WOT. Tires spinning, car sideways. It will take a little time to learn to drive at 8psi!
Safety from a detonation standpoint, I am not concerned, from a traction standpoint.... will address that soon...somehow!
As far as 11 seconds and slicks... time will tell... when it is warm!

I bet it sounds bad a@@ with the Greddy BOV. Sorry to keep asking did you re-route the factory MAF sensor? I notice your BOV is where the MAF sensor should be on the other Greddy install I seen. TIA
