The VQ35DE came in two versions, the non-revup and revup (Late 2005s and all 2006s). The main difference between a Revup kit and Non Revup kit is the mounting plate and pulley/belt system for the blower. If you have a non-revup Z, this will still work if you purchase the appropriate mounting hardware separately. However the price is $600+ for it new from Vortech.
Regarding the C.A.R.B. stamp/number, I believe it should still be located somewhere on the blower since the same blower is used on the complete V3 kit which is Legal in CA.
I'm very interested in this kit, but without being able to touch and feel it up close, I can't justify dropping down cash at the asking price.
Badblu, have you traded on these forums before? Please don't take offense by this, but your trader score is 0 and the forums have had some bad apples cutting deals on the forums in recent memory.
