Forgot to include this in this thread so it's all in one post as far as the build specs go:

1,000 WHP Blueprint:
*RJM 35HR Closed Deck Block
*OEM 37VHR crank
*37VHR carillo pro-h rods
*35HR manley performance platinum pistons 96mm
*CJM turbo manifolds
*GTX3076R Gen 2's w/ .82 AR Tial Hot Sides
*Stock heads
*Stock sized valves
*Cometic Head Gaskets
*ARP 625+ Head Studs @ 115 lb/ft
*ARP misc internal bolts
*OEM plenum
*272 GTM turbo cams
*Top half of old GTM TT kit (as in intercooler and charge piping)
*E85 (Dyno'ed on E90, will get around to doing a normal E85 this year just to see how much power is being pulled as my normal pump E85 is actually E70 so I expect a lot of power loss on that grade, and hopefully a new tune once we get the fuel system addressed with a twin 450 fueling setup and run gas pump E85 instead to make it everyday power)
*CJM Twin Pump 255/450 Return Style Fuel System
*ID1700X Injectors
*11:1 comp
*Haltech Elite 2500 via Dynosty Haltech HR Harness
*SPEC twin disk clutch (950TQ rating)
*Z1 CSC Delete
*CJM 3" down pipes recirculated
*3" TD GTM Sebring exhaust (cat-less)
*25 psi & E90 = 1,000 whp / 780 wtq
*23 psi & E70 = TBD

Future Plan:
*Greddy GTR Intake w/ 6 additional injector bosses
*CJM twin 450 fuel pump setup (or a triple pump RADIUM surge setup if it doesn't look like it'll be this year, but I have hope!)
*28+ psi FOR SCIENCE!!!

Note - Haltech is setup so >E80 runs 25 psi and the big power tune, and anything <E80 runs off waste-gate pressure (~23psi) and pulls timing scaled out to E content. I'm guessing E70 will be around high 700's whp but will dyno it eventually on crap pump E70 and post the results of that.

Update 4/7/18

Well we had head gasket issues on the car immediately after the 1000 hp dyno with the car pushing coolant. I ended up having the Cometic head gasket swapped out for a Dynosty head gasket along with larger head gasket washers, and my builder tightened down the heads to 115 ft/lb instead of the previous 105 ft/lb.

Tuned for E75 this time on the dyno it did 740 hp @ 12 psi, 879 hp @ 18 psi, and 900 @ 19 psi.

We unfortunately are still having an issue with the car constantly hitting boost cut in 5th and 6th gear so it seems either the boost controller is having issues when the engine is really under some good load, or the wastegates are too small, or the recirculation option that I have on the waste gates back to exhaust is to constricting to relieve the boost the big *** GTX3076R G2's are wanting to produce.

We're working with CJM on some troubleshooting there to track down the remediation there and will post up some results later. I'm wondering if this big boost issue in 5th 6th is what caused the previous head gasket to fail in the first place or head lift, which ever it was.

We're going to first try off of the base wastegate pressure without any complexity first once the tuner is back and if that still has the same problem, then may try open dumps, and if that is still no go, then probably going to have to look at bigger waste gates.

Update 4/10/18

Luckily the over boost issue turned out to be the Haltech map not being set correctly causing the solenoid duty cycle to be high resulting in that over boosting. It now holds around 17 psi in 5th gear all the way to top out @ 155.

I haven't bothered trying 6th gear all the way as that's just too damn fast and I don't trust my cheapy varstoens at beyond 150 mph lol.

The times I've been boosting here and there it's not pushed a drop of coolant, WHEW! And seeing that temp guage stable after so many issues the past motor build and this one, it's nice to finally see it be stable.

Not much of a great video and death to your ears from wind noise, but I slowly work my way up high into 4th to punch it about 9 seconds into the video with a brief shift into a little bit of 5th. I only punch it for about 5-6 seconds and let the car bleed off some speed before braking but you can an idea of how fast things can get in a short amount of time. The car seems to like 5th gear the most in terms of traction, 1-3 are useless, while 4 is pretty squirrely as you can feel it still losing traction as you top up that gear.

The power vectoring on the road at speed deep in 5th is pretty damn scary to say the last, speed is just abundant and abrupt.

Got a tiny little pull from ~95 to ~145 on the highway today. The fuel gauge dropped about 3 mm in 6 seconds LOL.

10-17-18...

Haven't been on here in a while. Found some interesting stuff, ended up getting the car returned to cover a wider range of E content and were only running now 17.5# when the E content is >= 75 and 13# when the content is less than 75 to play it safe. Sometimes my gas station has shitty ~E68 so wanted to cover my bases for when I am too lazy to fuel cut with E98.

^These are the general #'s for 13.5# and 17.5# on E60 and ~E77 respectively.

^Tuner realized cam control was not enabled, so the green line is with Halttech cam control disabled, and the red line is with cam control enabled. Talk about an oops! Pretty stark difference of power under the curve with it on.

We might turn it up a little later in the week for giggles but we're still limited by the fuel sys double stagger pump. Ah well, good problems to have.
