Question Which option??

Hey guys. I looked on a few pages in the threads but couldnt find what I wanted.. Sooo.. Looking to redo my gauge setup. I need an a/f gauge and since the back light on my crappy autometer is out on the gauge I figure I might as well get both. Is my best bet just to get an aem a/f digital and a new boost gauge? I'm not looking to go stupid crazy on money on the gauges.. But I'm not going to half *** my Z.. I'd rather do the spend more drive safer option. Any opinions would help. Thanks guys.

I needa replace my egt.. the light went out. i cnt see it at night. altho that probably dsnt matter really lol. the boost id kinda like to go digital so its easier to see what im hitting at the corner of my eye.. think ill order the aem and wait till spring to install since imma have to tune it..

I just put in the aem failsafe boost/afr combo gauge. Its sick! You can data log and shut down things to save your engine. For $300 you cant beat it. Super easy install as well.

there is no way to implement the failsafe into the stock ECU.

All aftermarket ECUs for the Z have widebands, so I assume he's on the stock ECU.

Nice piece though for sure.
