hey im wanna go F/I soon and i was lookin at internal parts and i was wondering what exactly a head and main stud kit would do for me...would it give me any power if i put it in without the turbo first? it says recommended for anyone wanting 550 rwhp or more...

i don't think they mean to imply that it will give horsepower, just that it can withstand it
