YOU WILL run out of fuel w e85 regardless of injector size, upgrade to a twin pump setup. I am on 93 octane, Walbro 485, a boost a pump and 1300cc and I'm pushing it. On pump. Do it once and do it right w a twin pump or stay pump gas, Would Be dumb to invest all that to run out of fuel on the dyno and end up having to spend more later

Also you run higher PSI than myself, I am only projected to run 16-17psi, while you are making boost in the mid to high 20s.
I made the calculations from this website, https://www.ecmtuning.com/wiki/e85fuel.
A 2000cc injector × .670 (Gas Ratio of E85) = 1340 which is the actual corrected injector flow calculation using E85.
At the very minimum to get 540whp with E85 I would need to have a 914cc flow rate per injector. And if the meth kit is needed, It would me more than enough to help with fueling at WOT with a 11.8afr as well with this current setup. I think I will be fine but I shall see. Thanks for your advise though.

Haha, you aren't lying about that brother. I think I will be fine with this setup for now. The CJM Twin pump is a simple remove an replace job I can do myself later once more fuel is needed for my car with a larger blower. Planning on the Ti Trim or V7 Ysi & camshafts in the far future, but for right now I will be happy with the car with whatever it makes on E85, stock head and the 928MS impeller. The Wife wants a trip to the Philippines when I get back, so I gotta save for that as well, can't just spend all my deployment money on the car lol.

Update. Carl Faucett from 928 Motorsports informed me that the blower had some shaftplay and cause minor damage to my impeller.
I ended up just doing another Super Vortech Premium Rebuild (Great, more money spent) so the time to where the car is completely put together and ready to tune on E85 has been pushed to the right slightly. Should take a week and a half to get back to the shop, 485lph Walbro and 2000cc injectors are already delivered, so just waiting on that.

Who installed the Impeller?

From what the site said and I Cofirmed thru email, once it leaves their hands, the Warranty expires, so as you can see you can definitely claim it was damaged by the owner and not the business and not take responsibility. I Did not notice any abnormal performance from the blower besides the oil leaking behind the impeller. At this point I will have 3 rebuilds on this blower since receiving it last year. Money that could of went to a bigger vortech...
Maybe the V3 isn't as good and heavy duty as the V2 perhaps.
[EDIT] I was able to reduce the price a little bit instead of paying the entire $1,260 to $1,158 so that is a plus.

Took alot longer than expected but The Premium rebuild by 928 Motorsports is completed and my Vortech is currently enroute to be delivered. Once it gets to the shop, they will continue with the install.

Been over a month, and not much to report. The CJM S2 system is installed up to the fuel pressure regulator. The Kinetix Manifold Mountplate is interfering the port on the right side of the FPR and blocking connection to the rest of the fuel system. Plan is to have the shop cut that extra piece off and relocate where the evap sensor will be placed, a tad lower in the middle firewall. Either I do this or buy different fittings to route the fuel lines differently.

Good news, car is 90% done, but the shop is addressing an issue with their Dyno. Once it's repaired they will slot me in late next week to start tuning on E85, I'm hoping. Ill be sure to spill the beans as I get emailed updates.

Month later no tune, I sent an angry email to the shop expressing my concerns with the length of time this whole process is taking, they told me there was an issue with the fuel pump which has been resolved and is running on its own power.
They also said they were unable to install the 2.87 pulley for some reason. I have not read anything that this pulley needed modifications but they are unable to do it which pissed me off more. Either way my redline will be bumped to 7100 so I should see around 15 psi max.
They also replaced my battery. They are finalizing the last checks with the car making sure it's running properly heat cycling the motor and checking for mechanical errors or leaks. They said they will begin tuning on the 10th with baselines and should be done by the 15th with the WOT tables adjusted.
Picture below is the bay as it sits now since Friday. CJM fuel system is completely installed and operating normally.

This was last week Friday on the dyno finally to start tuning this rebuild on E85 but had issues with my old Uprev Dongle, which I had to pay for another one again. Im waiting on it to be shipped (Should arrive tueday) and brought over to the shop to finally see some numbers after 9+Months of trial and error...

2 months later, flying home tomorrow from deployment and my Z ain't done yet. There has been issues with the fuel return system not lowering fuel pressure at idle to 38-40psi. The Fuel lab FPR's that came with the CJM S2 kit has an orifice that is too small for the return line and pressure won't go down lower than 50psi with the big ole Walbro 450.
Had to buy a Aeromotive FPR instead. Shop already has it but I don't think this is the issue. Usually the orifice is the same size in usually all fuel pressure regularlors. Maybe contamination of the fuel or dirt effected the Fuel lab regulator since it's been sitting for almost a year.
This had been a pain with this shop. I think I have the championship for the longest running wait time for a rebuild on this site. But I am trying to he optimistic about it getting done before Thanksgiving at ***ing least...
