I believe you have to delete the AC for that 53mm to fit, right?

No...it'll fit, depending on what FI kit you use...may need to trim some parts of the fan...I fit a 53mm koyo with my vortech (with extensive fan mods)

Any increase in fluid capacity with a quality rad brand should help...depending on what your issue is...in my case issue wasn't cooling at boost, it was cooling in traffic, which is why getting a better fan setup became more important that a bigger rad...

All the OG used the 53 mm I thought. On the G35, the little bracket has to be made. On the 350Z, it drops in with usually very little trimming needed, as 350z006 noted, dependent on the FI kit you are using.

Anybody used them on a VQ35HR? Are they drop in with slight trimming as stated prior? I only saw the 36mm at the time I was looking for one so got that, but definitely game for a larger radiator if I have to get the slim fans (running TT kit).
