Nope, VQ35 Supercharger shares most of the same components found in the VQ37 kit, If u wanna use this kit on a VQ37, the of the brackets for the intercooler are a bit different otherwise it will bolt right up.
This kit is designed as a direct bolt-on to the 3.5L. It came off a VQ35 HR.
