Long time member and reader on here, but never a great poster. Now on my second 350z and just landed a Gtm tt kit. But i cant find the fitting manuel anywhere.

Anyone who will share the vq35de Gtm tt manuel?

I've done that as well. Find an experienced welder that is good with cast iron, and you should be set. Cost me like $80, holding up so far.

 

Thats good to know. It seems alot of people write them off when they crack.
But some actual info from one who had them welded is just great.

I just had it welded in spring, so I cant give you any real data on how long they'll last. I know a few people have had tubular replacement manifolds made, so you could always go that route, I'm sure I'll be doing something like that at some point.

 

Fair enough.

But it does Seem as if they all eventually crack.

 

So, Got the kit today.... sure enough... buttcracks everywhere.

Going to try uploading right to the board here for future sake. Had to split it to get around the 5mb limit.

 

Tough break on the cracks. You can try getting it welded but with that many cracks it may be better to think long term and source some new manifolds. I know I've seen a few tubular replacement manifolds, maybe start asking around.
