How do you remove the idle pulley bracket?

How do you remove the idle pulley bracket?
Im in the middle of the ATI install and ive removed the 3 bolts that hold the idle pulley bracket in place but its still caught in between another bracket and the engine block i think. Im tring to slide the idle bracket out but its still sandwiched very tight! Any help would be appreciated.
