I finally had a chance to drive the Z today. I left the wastegate set at base spring(7lbs). The wastegate does function as intended on the charge pipe side around 7 psi it starts to open and regulate boost. Max psi on the 7lb spring without the boost controller was 8.1psi full throttle. I'm making sure my tune is good before raising the boost. I will update in the next few weeks of testing. Compared to the old pulley setup 10psi (2.8in) compared to new pulley 14psi (2.5in) the boost seems to come on around 2000 rpms less. I hopefully will get on the dyno in the next couple months and test the different setting with the boost controller (Base spring 7lbs., 10 psi, 12 psi on 93 pump gas & possibly E85 and 14 psi on E85).

Quick update: Car is running great. I have the eboost2 regulating the wastegate at 12 psi max currently. Hopefully will be able to get on the dyno to get some numbers for you guys once this crap is over with.

Vibrant adapters for the ethanol sensor.

Ethanol and fuel temp sensor for the ECF-1. Connected on the return side of the fuel rail.

Showing some of the setup. Cars a little dirty.

12 psi on wastegate using the eboost2 boost controller.

Wilwood v3 master cylinder just got in today.

This is a very cool build. I have recently been looking into supercharging or turbocharging my 07 Z. If you don’t mind, what is the mileage on your car? I used to make an hour drive 4 days a week for work and put a lot of miles on mine. I’m just trying to figure out if my car has too many miles to stay stock or if I need to get new rods and pistons based on others experiences. Thanks

Thank you! The car currently has 26k miles on it. I have been supercharged for about 10k miles. I wouldn't say the mileage matters as much if the car has been maintained. If you are worried about the mileage start off by having a compression test done and see where you are at. If you check out SOHO motorsports they has a blue HR (HRBAE) that has 200k miles and has a single turbo. https://sohomotorsports.com/pages/vq...ngle-turbo-kit

I wonder how's your build now! I'm trying to do my custom intercooler piping/intercooler and this thread has been helpful.
