the only solution I see is getting injectors with double the output... this way the air/fuel ratio will work itself out!
Some maxima guys are using a Z32 MAF and 370cc Z32 injectors with the stock ECU. The readings from the Z32 MAF are ~49% lower, and the 370cc injectors provide around ~54% more fuel, so it effectively works it self out as you said. To fine tune they use a FMU with small ratio disc and lean it out with a SAFC.
