Hey guys,
There are 2 downpipes with the kit...one has (2) o2 bungs on the pipe (1 blocked off and 1 open). Which side is the double for pass or driver?? The instructions list them both as right side??

im not sure....but are you sure you are not talking about manifolds?

I remember a few people who got two of the same manifolds, and had to get the right one shipped from Greddy....I also almost ordered a kit, but the seller let me know ahead of time before I ordered it that there were 2 right manifolds.

 

No these are the 2 collectors that come off the turbo's and attach to the cats. One is longer than the other....they are different.

 

Make sure that the downpipes are not identical. I was sent 2 downpipes for the driver side turbo. This held me back from getting my car out of the shop since i had to wait for Greddy to send me the passenger side downpipe. ONe is shorter than the other. Make sure of that

 

I am sure of it....they are different. 1 has 2 bungs ..the other has 1..and they are different lengths. But which goes on which side??

 

dunno mine both had 1 o2 bung each for the 350Z. You are installing for the G35 ?

 

This is a 350Z kit. Maybe it is an addition they have done to newer kits. On one downpipe there is a second o2 bung welded on but it is capped. I think they added it for wideband tuning, egt sensor, or something like that.

 

If so that is pretty sweet. I didn't get the 2nd o2 bung. But you can test fit to see which one will fit on which side. I've check my pics again and the shorter straight one should go to the passenger side and the longer angled one goes to the driver side. Hope this helps.
