None are CARB legal yet (that I know of). I heard a third hand rumor that Greddy might be going for CARB cert. I personally hope that since JWT is here is San Diego that his kit will be CARB legal. Time will tell.

I actually went by Jim Wolf's today to ask about their turbo kits. Looks like they are shooting for CARB legal. However, they are building them for the G35 first which they are hoping for summer release if everything goes well and perhaps fall sometime for the 350Z kit. They have the turbos on and are dealing with the computer tuning now.

I was gonna ask this same question. I was thinking about just getting one and hoping that I don't get pulled over. We have like 6 years before you have to smog on new cars right? I'm just going to hope they come out with a carb number by that time.

Greddy has applied for the CARB exemption for the TT kit. I know they always design there kits to be smog legal, so I imagine it's just a technicality. I predict the Greddy kit will be certified by the summer.
