I am getting ready to purchase the Vortech SC and intercooler. I have never had aftermarket forced induction in any car before. Can someone refer me to a very reliable tuner/installer in Southern California (preferably L.A.) who has done at least one Vortech unit in a 350Z?

You might want to call Extreme Automotive in Canoga Park and speak to sean , Ive heard they have done M/T and A/T.

My question may be silly but anyway: If you go to vortech in Channel Islands, will they install and tune?

 

no they wont, i am planning on going to extreme automotive, they know what there doing.

 

Bringing this one back alive because I'll be getting the vortech on in a couple of weeks. Here is everything that will be put on:

1. vortech supercharger (full kit)
2. NGK PLFR6A-11 spark plugs
3. boost, fuel pressure, and egt gauges with control link (Defi BF Imperials)
4. AAM Spec Fuel Pressure Gauge Adapter (so dont have to cut fuel lines)
5. APS 2.5" exhaust
6. ultimate racing high flow cats
7. 3.12 pulley
8. Motordyne 5/16 copper iso thermal plenum spacer
9. Autosport ECU wiring harness

I'm still going to talk to my installer, but outside input would be helpful. I am located in 909/626/951 area (chino hills). Thanks.
