Fluidz, I'm not really sure about the timing you'd have to tune for, but with 93 octane in WI most people like to take out one degree of timing for every 1 lb of boost they add after about 4 psi. This is for Honda 4 cly motors. This is just to be on the safe side, but Vortech's base maps seem like they are taking a different approach.
For Fuel, this is easy. Looking at your A/F ratios for each rpm point. I would lean it out across the whole fuel map. Try to get higher than 12:1 in the pre 1psi range, this is not a very dangerous area for boost.
After than you'll want tune to a hair below 12:1 so your 2600-3400 range is too rich., 4400 is low and then 5000-6400 way too rich.
You'll be pimping at about 30-40 more hp once you tune this bad mama jama.

Zimbo, whats PVM Mode under output settings all about? I notice you and enthuzed have your set to 3 vdc FS, mine is set to 5 vdc FS, whats this mean? Also you have Additional Injector Controller checked enthuzd has Programmable Signal Calibrator checked? Whats the difference and does it matter?

dyno
here is a copy of one of my dyno runs, we were messing with the ss box, the car was pulling great, making about 20hp/30tq more than what i made 371 on, PLUS the A/F was perfect at 12, i bet we could have broken the 400 mark, but at around 4100 rpms it died, it was like the fuel system cut completely off and it went WAY lean, i dont know how to fix this but that would be awesome if we could, im gonna call split sec and get some other guys to look at the maps.

I wonder if there is any way you are going into limp mode. I've never seen that on a supercharger--only on a couple of the TTs. It only happens when the MAF maxes out below 4000 rpms. I'm not sure if search is working again but you might want to look for it.

Here's the MAF maxout thread I was talking about...
I'm not sure if this is the same issue but it sure looks as though something in the ECU is just shutting down.

Oh. Sorry. I've been looking at Tig's dyno and scratching my head.
I don't think those PVM mode settings affect the programming of the A/B maps--but it's feasible that I could be wrong.

One clarifying question... When you had trouble was it with a modified version of my map or Dollar's map or was it with a modified version of the out-of-the-box map?
Perhaps one of the settings that fluidz has mentioned is indeed an issue and I never had to worry about those settings because my map was already customized prior to my making modifications.
In addition to the ones mentioned by Fluidz, my program has the following values:
Over RPM: 3000
Over pressure: 2.9
Over INJ%: 90
Fuel pump start pressure psi: 1
Fuel pump run time: 3
Fuel pump start time: 120
I have no idea what those values represent or how they got set (although I'm assuming they were set by Underground Racing since they don't match fluidz stock settings).

I'm not asking this the right way I guess...
Did you start with your map file and make changes or did you start with my map file (in which you had 370 at the wheels) and make changes?

oh ok, i understand now,
actually neither, this was all before we even used yours, it was the luck of the draw, after i did my baseline, and after i did dollars, we loaded my baseline and used that fuel map, then added dollars timing map, the first pull it jumped way up, then the bad happened.

the second fuel pump is not coming on. over rpm and over pressure are not set right. if you don't set the options before you down load the maps the settings are wrong for are car. every time you make a new customer file you have to do this. on mine over rpm is 500 and over pressure is -3.87. i pm you with phone number if you want anymore info or help.
