went to vortech and they put the right piece of high pressure line on today. they were going to give it to me but they thought they should probably put it on to be safe. they also gave me a set of instructions. turns out that the up tube was on up side down. but even fixing that there is very little clearance. it still didn't line up on the bottom. i had to shorten the piece that comes off intercooler. still need to support drivers side of intercooler, it sags down about an inch. so some was installer and some still is fit problems. as far as the hose, i had one of the first kits and i guess the wrong hose was used. so check and make sure your hose looks like black hydrolic line. the right one is alot better.

as far as the intercooler support goes, i left the two brackets attached under it, the ones used to help mount it, i left them on so now i have 3 supports, 2 underneath and the main one on the passenger side, the instructions says to remove the 2 underneath, i dont know why, but i just left them on and put some rubber in between them and the intercooler for rubbing purposes. mine is dead on level.

I'm not buying that Vortech would butcher cut a hose like that. Anybody that cuts hose regularly has a decent set of hose cutters that makes a clean cut. That just looks ghetto.
Hold the hose a second - Betty..
