Yes, they are very reputable and are putting alot of time into testing etc to make sure their systems work reliably etc etc. Thats mainly why the release date is late compared to other companies etc.

They are known for all the other kits on other cars like 200sx and WRXs etc. They also make the Unichip piggyback ecu incase you've heard of that.

There is other info on that kit just look for 'aps' in the title in the first 3 pages of this area of the forum. Its got price there.

APS uses the Unichip is some of their other kits (and the current speculation is that they use it in their kit for the Z as well, but I don't think the APS rep has confirmed that - check the other thread for the details). They don't make it though.

So far their kit sounds like one of the more inclusive ones out there.

D'oh,The engine management in the APS TT system will be an APS proprietary product, thought this was worth clarifying to end any speculation on the issue.

They are quoting "engine power" which is probably the same is crank power. If so, then this kit is making the same power levels as the Greddy and PE kits.

But their quater mile time seem better. And they seem to use the latest turbos which spool up even faster than the Greddy or PE ones do. The turbo is so new they are having trouble getting them.

That's spot on we always test and quote actual engine power, same as Nissan does.

Some call it engine power, power at the crank or flywheel power, what ever you want to call it, it's the only real way to know what power the engine actually produces.

Last I heard they are shooting for the APS exhuast system and test pipes to be out in Nov. I believe Peter from APS said the their plenum is expected in Dec. The turbo kit hopefully will arrive in the US in October!

Just a small update. The APS TT systems are coming along nicely........just waiting on delivery of the ball bearing Garrett turbos now and then it's all systems go for the packaging department.

The APS TT systems should arrive in October, depending on what freight method APS dealers decide on using...............will keep you guys updated on the cat back exhaust systems and the plenum over the next few weeks.
