Smile Greddy TT install - Part Two - 56K Warn Huge

Let's see the pictures of the engine out of the car were
from an early install here on my350z forums...

These would have been helpful to visualize where all those parts
will go.. P.S. Tony's install was on Jack Stands - A lift would have reduced the pain and suffering...

The "stolen" pictures first... Thank you - whoever...

Passenger side

Drivers Side

My photo's - in time order...
Stock Parts

Eric Hu - Local Koni Rep is amazed...

Before removal of manifold - plenum...

Passenger goes up then a 120 degree elbow then a pipe runs to below frame rail and out to Intercooler..

A word from our sponsor - Just Joking -
This project is all Cash in advance... C.O.D. or See you later.
Sponsor's Wanted.. Apply within.. wld350z

Big and pretty - I need one of these for each of my 1981 280zx Turbo Coupes..

Close up - Blitz - blow off valve...

Around the corner to the intercooler...

Don't ever ask... Now there is no room for those Cessna Landing lights..

MAF Attack

Must have heat sheilding on all exposed lines and electrical cables.

Notice the check valve.. There is a airflow restrictor just to the inboard of the check valve.. Don't cut it..

Sharif's pictures... in no order..

Now I can have a Bier=Becks

Cheers Amy -

Nice pics
is it really that hard to do this turbo kit yourself or is the only problem the removal and intallstion of the headers?

The Manifolds were replaced in the first 8 hours.. Please look at the Waste Gate pictures.. Zero slack.. This is not a "bolt up" like a Honda... A definite PITA - We all are healing arms and hands from this install...

Greddy Instructions are Install Last pipes, and any other stuff. That sucks

You can go to the Greddy Site and read the Installation instructions... That isn't even close to the real install.... !!

And the waste gate gaskets - use the turbonetics - Don't use the paper ones provided...

We have totally documented how to really install a Greddy TT

Tony will probably sell it on a non - disclosure basis. You leak - you Suck...

Big tip - the pictures that Greddy have for install. Are correct.. But the kit doesn't provide enough studs.. like the original install....

They are stainless steel, If you know anything about stainless....
And heat..

Then...

350Now knows from experience... And he helped us out a lot...

As did Sharif GQ_626

My Car is a Suspension Mule... And is totally stock... I'm a N/A stock user.
