how much hp do you want? you can probably get up to 450whp - 500whp with $15k. That's with built bottom end, plus all the accessories, and labors....

you may want to contact SGP of Houston, they can make that happen for you..

It all depends... I think there are 2 categories when purchasing FI for any car.
First thing is the kit and everything else that will give you the hp you want. (exhaust, pulleys, etc, etc) This may cost you ,hypothetically speaking, $7,500

Second is everything else needed to run your car safe and reliable. (internals, tranny upgrades, guages, etc etc...)
This will probably cost, hypothetically speaking, the same amount you paid for the kit if not more.

I had the misconception that when you buy a kit your good to go. I was wrong!!!

you could about 400-420 reliable whp with 15k thats just for a good turbo kit, install, . plus youd need dp back exh, and a fuel system, a boost controller, some gauges, clutch, tires, plugs, etc, its the little stuff that will start to add up. for another 8k on top of that you can build your motor up and make more.

Call Paul at Avalon Racing in Londerry New Hampshire, he is great with fiedling any questions you might have and will give some great deals on FI options. They've done Several differnet FI 350z and the service leaves nothing to be desired.

FWIW: I flew from Texas to Boston then drove up to Londonderry to pick up my car from Paul and then drove it back to Texas.

Hope this helps

$1000: Low Compression Pistons
$1000: Connecting Rods
$1500: Engine work including boring and honing for new pistons
$5500: Greddy TT kit with intercooler
$1000 - $1500: for custom fuel system
$500: J and S safeguard for timing control

= $10,500

Then the rest for guages and tuning.

Easily 600-700 whp.

It shouldnt be any less streetable than a 700hp supra! especially since most supras running 700hp have a single large turbo with some good lag time!

Well if you have good tires your good to go in the rain. Remember turbos work on load, so if your not making a WOT run in the rain (lol) you will be fine. The car is not always makng 700hp, only when the turbos spool. You just have to use the throttle, after all that's what it's for.

Yeah Squill, A BOV is about as optional as gasoline!

Thats pretty much my feelings on it...To take ones huge dream and all the money they spent and smash into little pieces by spending 1/3 what they did.
