What do the tuner kits come with vs. the regular kits. In other words, what else does the "tuner" need to buy/install.

My "guess" would be that the entire fuel system is left out(FMU, lines, pump, etc.) as well as the Split Second box and harness. Compressor, discharge tubes, intercooler, bracketry- that's it....

Am I close?

The tuner kit will not come with the Split Second box or the Fuel Pump/FMU setup. It makes sense if you were going to go with, say bigger injectors and the technosquare reflash.

I was on Vacation last week, so I am trying to get caught up with all of the threads.

Default tuner pulley

Will the tuner kit come with an 8 or 9 psi pulley?

Interesting....would the Fuel Mgt. Component of the APS Kit Work with the Vortech?

APS' solutions appears to be most elegant. APS supplies new injectors - plug & play PLUS one bigger, better pump versus piggyback.
