I removed the RT Cats and it had the thermo bung that reads the temp up to my Greddy EGT Meter.

They didn't want to mess with it because it was welded in there. They told me to get a brand new one then go back and they will weld it back into the test pipe so I can get EGT readings again.

Keep in mind it is *not* the O2 Sensor bung it is the small one that goes post header pre cat that tells the Greddy EGT meter what temps to read.

Any ideas where to get this and what size?

I can call Summit and probably have shipped but if I new exactly I could go hook it up real quick tommorow before I head back to the Bay got 4 days!

I checked our largest Kragen today and they were clueless told me to call Summit.

Surely someone knows how big it is and where to get one so I can finish this sweet jon before going out for an extended period!

I spent all this time with the new pump etc and the fricken cat fugged me up now this fricken bung.

Thanks my silver line is going from the EGT down to to the test poipes and just dangline there unhooked.

So you're saying you still have the probe but need a new bung?

My particular EGT gauge came with a bushing that required a 9/16" hole. Or, alternatively, it works with a 1/4" hole and a stainless clamp to hold the sensor in place.

I'm pretty sure you need a 1/8" 27 pitch NPT threaded fitting. Maybe a hardware store?
