Default Question on fuel mileage with Greddy TT Kit

and I guess with other kits.

I really never have paid much attention to the gas mileage on the Z just drive it and have fun, but I was going through the gage computer and saw that I was getting 20 MPG which was about 3-4 MPG more than I usually get. I found that odd but I thought maybe since I have been driving it easier than before the kit (I find myself shifting around 4k if just normal driving not using boost unless the situation warrants it, I used to be a regular 5K+ RPM shifter)

Anyway I knew this didn't sound right so I did a short MPG check by checking the miles and gallons pumped and it is more around 13 MPG which is what I expected. Anybody else seeing this, maybe the bigger injectors are messing up the computer calculations?

Nothing major just an interesting point.

The emanage is telling the ECU that only 65% of the air that is really going by is going by to scale down the injector pulse width for the 440's.

My trip computer used to read out 23mpg in town, now it reads 34 mpg. I wish. If I cruise at 60 with the A/C off I can get it to read over 40mpg.

Doing it the old way at the pump I'm still getting low twentys in town and close to 30mpg on the highway(when I stay out of the boost that is).

Thanks, I knew it just didn't look right, getting better gas mileage with a turbo install, that would be a hell of a selling point.
