Does anyone have detailed instructions on how to install PE 380cc injectors? I have them and every shop in the Austin area charges 85.00 dollars an hour for install. I'm lazy and cheap but I can do it with instructions. Also I have the turbo xs RFL BOV and was wondering where do I connect the top nipple to. Thanks
I installed the injectors myself so it can be done by a novice... but you have to remember to relieve fuel pressure somehow prior to removing the stock injectors or you'll end up dripping/spraying fuel everywhere.
Prior to starting the project:
1. Remove the fuel pump fuse. The fuse is found next to battery as shown in the image I will attempt to attach to this post.
2. Start engine and wait until it stalls.
3. Crank engine 2-3 times to release all remaining fuel pressure
4. Turn ignition off
5. Disconnect battery (just in case)
I'm assuming you know how to remove the upper and lower plenum. Aside from that, the only two things to know about installing the PE injectors is that you have to remember to put the spacers in and that you aren't supposed to use the stock injector clips with the PE injectors (I'm assuming the clips don't fit on but didn't even try).

The injectors are plug and play...no modifications are needed. Just move the upper and lower plenum, then pull disconnect and remove the fuel rail, and disconnect the injectors. That's it.

Thanks, I just installed the injectors, ecu, spark plugs and half of the procharger. I still have a question on the BOV. Do I run a hose from the top nipple of the BOV and Tee it into any vacuum line, or is there a specific line I need to Tee it into? Thanks this forum has been great!
