Stock CR?

What is the compression ratio of the 350Z's engine?

By the way, does your engine have a name? (ie LS1, LT1, 2JZ)

Ouch, not the most boost friend CR. What's the boost limit on your average Z? Not the tuners and people pushing it past safe limits, but with a good kit and good tune how much boost do you think these VQ35DEs can handle on 93 octane?

Thats a good question . Think we are still looking for the answer . Just the other day a guy blew a rod out the side of his block with just 5.3psi in a TT car . The guys with TT's are putting down alot of trq . and they are finding out real quick if there rods are weak or not .But at the same time...I think some of them are running 10 or 11psi with out any problems so far . Im running 9.5psi @ 7,000 rpm with the Vortech SC. The SC's are linear in power and dont stress the internals as much as the TT set ups . But are alot less fun that the TT guys are haven with all that trq.
