Just installed: 11psi pulley on Vortech
It has a larger inducer diameter 3.33" vs. 3.10" and hose diameter opening 3.63" vs. 3.50".
It is probably just like a turbo compressor housing that allows it to spin faster before heading into choke.

then I would amagine the whole unit is slightly larger and would be harder to fit in the tight space . The rebuild with better bearings is more than likely the way would have to go

an adjustable BOV would be ideal (rather than source different springs, just set to a lower perch to get a tighter spring.....)
i can take pics of how mine works, but need to disassemble....
its nice to have 7 levels to the perch, to custom set the spring tension (and also to have 5 positions of recirc/atmos purging)
keep up the good work craig....
