So far the customer service at ATI has been poor. It’s not clear why the CEO of a company would need to handle an issue like this. To date no one from ATI has returned three of my calls and when I ask for someone else the answer is no. My installer has pretty much given up on this piece; needless to say fabrication did not work. It's depressing to think that a gauge pod and poor service is the only thing stopping me from getting my car finished.

I just bought one as well, to evaluate the fitment and quality before selling them on my website. The instructions mention that only shallow electronic gauges will work. So the big AEM wideband, or a standard boost guage may not fit.

I see what you mean about the depth. The pocket for the gauge is very shallow, so you need to use a slim profile electronic gauge. We plan on installing dual Innovate Wideband gauges in the pod. Since the gauges are only .75inches thick, we should have no issues with installation.

I will keep you posted, as we begin the installation.

Yessir. I am paranoid with this engine.

I know I could do a dual channel wideband controller, but personally, I think two independent stand-alone gauges will look incredible, and serve an important purpose.

So whatS the verdict on this ePOd? I might of asked this question in another thread but is it possible to fit the DEFI D-Gauges int this pod is there enough room for a BOOST and EGT?And how was the fittment and quality of the new pieces
Thanks

This pod did not fit my mech Defi gauges. I have since thrown the pod away, it was a lost cause. I will also add the customer service is terrible. Not sure what rep posted in this thread, but the company’s headquarters has never heard of any prototype pods being circulated.

The fitment is really bad..sorry to say this.

Defi Mechanical gauges will NEVER fit into those little pods. I am using a couple of Innovate Wideband gauges, which, I think, are the shallowest gauges known to man. They are .75 inches thick, and the bezel STILL hits the back of the steering wheel when you turn it. Unless you can find a super thin gauge, with virtually no bezel...I cant possibly see how this thing can work properly. I was so pissed, becuase it wasnt the easiest install in the world, and the fitment just plain sucked. I will say the finish was very close to OEM...so at least they got that part correct.

This is why I will not be selling this item. I have no idea who would buy this for $149....except for me....as an experiment. Not worth $60 IMHO.

Here is a pic.

Bump for any updates or more recent experiences. I see the ATI product line is now listed under TEIN's website. Is this something new?

Need a place for clean install of Innovate AFR gauge; A-pillar triple is full and nav cubby has a dvd screen.

Thanks,
Ron

Yeah... Zombie thread brought back to life...

And even if they did fit properly, I still don't like the way they obstruct the oem gauge cluster.

I tried one (got it used), it lasted about 24 hours, went back on the auction block. It is a piece of garbage.
