greddy TT tips and precations?

i having my my twin turbo installed this week. and i was wondering if you guys have any tips or safety precations with the install that i need to address to my tuner. thanks

wrapping the power steering line and fuel line with hit resistance wrap...

do i have to get fuel pump and regulator???
also do i need timing harness and retard too???
