Default Turbo Gauges

I'm going Greddy TT next spring, will I need more gauges for the turbos or is the PRofec e-01 boost controller enough ?

Which gauges will be needed ?

Thanks !

boost, egt and a wideband (like the AEM gauge) would be a great start.

or something like this:http://z1auto.com/prodmore.asp?model...mt&prodid=1186

I dont like using the Profec as my only boos guage. The LCD display is difficult to focus on and read accurated when WOT. Like Adam said, get some dedicated gauges..I think you'll be happier.

My pecking order of gauges is as follows: Boost (in Psi), Wideband O2, Fuel Pressure, EGT, Oil Temp.

I have the first three....

Try taking a look at Defi Link-Meter BF gauges. The are the closest match for color in the car, and look the best period, on or off IMO. Also, they are good quality. I would go with boost and EGT if you don't want to load up on a bunch of other gauges. If not, throw in another gauge of choice. From what I have been taught, Air/Fuel gauges are useless.

I agree....but they don't come in PSI or american measurements. If they did, I would have bought them in a minute....they look great!

I went with the Defi D-Spec guages. The color matches the interior lighting perfectly, and they come in american readings.

traditional narrow band air fuel gauges (like the Autometer or K&N blinky blinkey meters of years ago) are not good for tuning. The new widebands from AEM, Zeitronix, Turbo XS and others are awesome tuning tools - dead on accurate and convenient
