That's by the calculations on Volk's website - they measure it a little differently, so the rear will actually be over 3.5" - if you are talking about your GT-7's, it's because they have the biggest lip of any Volk wheel (but on the website, they state that the lip is 3.7") but to each their own - I'm not buying these wheels because of how big the lip is... (ie no way I'd spend over $3k on a wheel just because it has a bigger lip)

and also, they do come in 18" sizes and can be special ordered in diamond black... I almost ordered that color, but after looking at various pictures, they look so good in merc silver that I couldn't resist...

I haven't gotten at ETA yet from Chris, but I'm guessing around the middle/end of February... Two months ago I was single - now I'm married - so I know how fast two months can go by!
