I've seen posts done here before warning about a lot of other cost's. The conversion will cost $800+ when it's said and done. Run a search on LSD narrowed to the private classified section on this board.

edit

never mind doing a search, read this thread

Parts for LSD conversion

Stub shaft (flange)---------38220AR010-(pass side) $111.09
38220AR011-(drive side) $111.09
grease seals (2)-------------38342P9010 $9.56(both)
pinion seal------------------38189P0116 $7.26
spacer------------------------381650C020 $6.94
75W-90 synthetic oil---------7.75-each

when you add it up with labor it cost me a grand total of $460.00 plus the cost of a V-LSD. ($250.00)

I don't know where some have taken there cars, but you can find shops that will do the job without dragging you over the coals with crazy labor charges.
