I was 1st a member on G35Driver until someone told me about this place. I immediately joined My350Z.com and have no registered again since G35Driver underwent their makeover.....

So where are the majority of people going? G35Driver? 6MT? G35Frenzy? We gotta stick together!!...I'm a n00b! I need your help! lol

I frequent both sites daily. G35Driver has more "general" discussion regarding the G35 whereas My350Z has more technical discussion that applies to both the G35 and the Z. (Although there doesn't appear to be as much discussion after the makeover as before). As for this particular forum closing, there doesn't appear to have much discussion here anyways, so I don't think it'll have a large impact.

This is very unfortunate. At least with a G35 section in my350z, the G35 owners don't feel like a bunch of lurkers or guests.

And I agree 100% with what others are saying about the quality and quantity of technical discussion here. Threads about swapping out pistons, engine management with FI on my350z are as common as Z-tube mods and clear sidelights on g35driver.

You know I live on both worlds when it comes to cars...The import tuner world and the pure muscle car world......I belong to this site "only" because I have more and more customers asking about how to make there 350Z and G35 perform like high-end german cars. This site (my350z) has by far the most technically intellegent people I have run into that were not muscle car guys. So, to force those of us who have and work on G's to look else were is foolish. No one will profit from this in the long run. Yes for a short while one site will have a influx of traffic, who realize they are now being treated to substandard infomation and then will seek it elsware...My vote is to stick with what we have and make it better!!!! I know the plan is in motion but I think it is a foolish plan!!!
