Default HRE 840r's going on next week (2-90kb pics)

These arrived today:

Well, 3 of 4. 4th tomorrow hopefully. Box behind is a set of Tein Flex (thanks Jason at Performance Nissan) and EDFC, and a Stillen Single-Wall exhaust.

All for my coupe:

Teins go on Thursday Feb 3rd, hoping to have pics of the car all shined up soon after. Just need the temperature to raise above freezing.

Damn, my SF-winnings (that are on a container in the middle of the Pacific) could only DREAM of being 840's... that is absolutely SICK!

They're brushed finish, right? I'd also like to know how much those bad boys set you back... I'm guess $5900-6200 with tires (probably more!)

Slightly more than that but I won't give the exact amount in the public forum per request of the company that sold them. They are brushed, and that did cost a bit more. I admit I splurged, I consider the cost "an arm, a leg, and a ********."

19x8.5 and 19x9.5, I didn't want to have to worry about rubbing issues with a 10.5 wide rear and 295 tire.

Teins, EDFC, Stillen, wheels, and custom spoiler are all going on next week hopefully.

Needless to say, I'm excited as hell.

Thanks for the encouragement.

Mounted, waiting on glamour shot pics until I can find a way to get the center caps on the back. The rear axle bolts stick out a little too far right now. Hoping to have a solution and get it all shined up on Monday. Tein Flex system is installed, car lowered on the new wheels. After the trip home I noticed that the Teins had settled and I need to raise it about 1/4 inch, I don't care for any kind of "tuck" on the wheels.

Here are 2 "teaser" pics of it during the Tein Flex/EDFC Install at P1 Automotive in Charlotte (highly recommended for any mod that requires quality work - thanks Jack and Jay!)

On the scales, getting corner-balanced (a nice extra step):

Moving the car to start work on the EDFC:

Sorry to keep you waiting, I'm just as excited to get it all setup.
