Default need help w/springs PLEASE!!

i did my research on springs for the G coupe but, im still not sure what springs to get. am i going to be forced to get camber adjusters no matter what the drop. Im looking around a 1 inch drop and if i could go lower w/ out coils i will . what would you guys suggest?

I want to keep it clean so no body kit or anything just a really nice drop .... maybe some wheels later on.

Thanks in advance!!

I had the Tein S-tech springs on my coupe. Really enjoyed the look but the tires were wearing pretty quickly. Definitely needed camber arms to get it back into spec. Didn't feel like spending the big bucks so I took off the springs.

The coupe doesn't have any adjustment for camber, so no matter how much you drop it you're going to change the alignment. The more you drop it the worse it gets. The s-techs dropped it 1.2 inches in the front and .7 in the rear. This amount of drop definitely needs adjustment arms.

The h-techs from Tein don't drop it as much and some people say they can get their cars back in alignment. I'm not sure how they're doing it without adjustment arms, but if it's within spec, then that's all that counts.

The 350Z springs are supposed to drop it .5 inches all around, which will improve the look a little and maybe not get the alignment too far out of spec. Some used ones should be pretty cheap if you wanted to experiment.

In summary, any drop is going to change your alignment. Buying camber arms is just a matter of how much misalignment you want to deal with.

You should go for the coilover that way you have control over adjustment to your preference.

Default H-techs

The H-techs dropped my G coupe about .75" front & rear & I was able to align the tires w/o a problem afterwards. The ride's almost as compliant as stock but the body roll has been reduced significantly.

I really like the look of the S tech drop...After reading everything I could find I found this link from importauto performance: http://www.iapdirect.com/item.asp?invid=622 I thought it might be an inexpensive solution to a rear problem but Im not sure about the front. Would this have helped you? Could I still need some front arms as well?

I drive alot for business 25-30K a year-- so tread wear is important to me.
