Default G35 Sedan - Eibach SPORTLINES *pics*

So here is a comparison pix between the Eibach Prokit (tops) and Sportlines (bottoms)...it's been about 2 weeks since I installed them, so they are definitely settled --- especially with a trip to Vegas with 4 people, luggage & show gear.

Review:
A !LOT! stiffer. Feel the bumps quite a bit. Not so bad on road noise being transfered, but the ride is nowhere near fat, sloppy, comfy luxury. G35Lin road in it and felt it immediately. Not his cup of Cha, from his expression and statements.

Street Image was doing some work on the car when I borrowed it back do the springs. Eric and Mundo were scratching their heads when I rolled back in. They knew something was different and stated that they liked it even more now that it had been a couple of days out of their sight, but couldn't attribute it to just the wheels that they had put on. Eric was even the one who told me to go lower just the day before. had a good laugh about it.

Thoughts & comments?

Cheers, Ted

Is the car lower with the new springs? If so how much?

never measured it with the ProKits, but with the Sportlines the front is 5" off the ground and 6.5" in the rear.

I measured from where my kit wraps under in the wheel wells.

Wow! Thread from the dead… But I happen to be looking to change from Pro Kit to (possibly) Sportline – Ted, I know you don’t post much these days – but in case you have email notification on, maybe you’ll get this…

I am reluctant to use Sportline only due to handling during extremely hard cornering on road course… I don’t road course much, but will more when I get the suspension and brakes I need…

What are your thoughts regarding the progressive spring rate when hard cornering? I’m contemplating coilovers – but sooo much $$$$ has gone into the car lately and I recently bought d-specs, so I’m trying to get decent ride height (lower than Pro) with good handling without spending 2K+ Do you think Sportlines will work for my needs?
