front Offset for 18" wheels
I am thinking about getting these wheels and the front is 9X18" +12 offset
rear is 18X10" +29
would this work without spacers and sit pretty well flush with the fender?
thanks
Tony

It's not enough information to answer your question. You need to let the guys know what kind of wheels you are using before they can answer. Different models of wheels will require different offsets to fit.
Also, they will need to know what year G you have, if it's a coupe/sedan, the type of brakes you have (Brembo/stock/other), and if you've dropped (plan to drop) your car.
After you get all this together, I suggest you ask the same question over at G35Driver.com in the wheels section. Someone there should be able to answer your question.

No problem.
Driver has the most (knowledgeable) traffic of any G35 site, so they will probably get you your answer. Since different wheels are set up differently (concave/convex spokes), it's really not possible to say any wheel with X offset will fit. The offset might work for one type of wheel and not another.
Without knowing anything about your front wheel, I'm going to say that a 9X18" +12 offset is real questionable on fitment unless you go to a spacer. Again your best bet is to look into what specific wheels you want, then try to determine what offset you want based on the look you are going for (massive rear lip, etc...).
Good luck.

READ THIS.... before you buy wheels...
http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/pr.../0404scc_350z/
Sounds like the best combo is the same size on all four... 18X9 25mm offset rear, and 18X9 30mm front. This article says to use a 275/40/18 which reads 1.5mph faster , I disagree... a 265/40/18 which reads .6mph faster is much closer to stock diamater, plus less sidewall buldge. This article was able to get 1.0g on the skid pad with simply using the same tire size combo and a set of sway bars from Hotchkis(sp?). No springs or coil overs or anything else was added.

I says the same thiing!!! So much for the overstated staggered look. I think they even mentioned that it was just a "visual thing". Sound like the wider rear wheels make the car understeer allot. I'll be saving my duckets for the BBS or something just as light.
