Just thought I'd share the excitement with ya'll. Had my G35C since May 31, 2005 and have been waiting to get this thing on it. Hopefully if all goes well, I'll have it put on by end of next week! BTW, I ordered it from Performance Nissan. They have 2 left if anyone's interested.

yeah we got from creative. we've been waiting for awhile (well since november for me) so not actually that long i guess. haha I haven't been hounding james as bad as afitch tho But we're just glad that its gonna be over soon! Time to start flooorrrriinnnnnnn

Yeah, got it from James at Creative and its been since early October for me. LOL, Yeah I did hound a lil bit, haha, but it was only on the thread, nothing over the phone or anything else. It's all good now, the past is the past and no more delays or waiting for updates that rarely came; but the HKS is coming here on Tuesday via FedEx. Not too bad since its coming from CA and i'm in FL.

 

My HKS exhaust is sitting in the garage waiting to be installed. Can anyone tell me if the OEM exhuast needs to be cut or is it held on with clamps? Any help would be appreciated.

 

I think that the OEM has to be unbolted and unclamped/unhung (?). It should be pretty straightforward once you get a look from underneath. Hope this helps.

Just unbolt it, and pull the rubber hangers off....pretty easy install for an exhaust.

how long have you guys been waiting for your HKS exhausts?

looks like some of you have been waiting for months.

 

about 3 months.

 

3months here too but def worth the wait, trust me on this! ordered it right before Thanksgiving and got it End of January...tha only thing was..i thought u can adjust the tips...like up and down and stuff like that....didnt know it was just from back to front....

 

damn...I ordered one last wednesday for another member, and got it yesterday and install it for him tonight.

i think he might post up his pics tomm sometime...
