i think the reason it's so expensive is because they're a small independent shop trying to mass produce these. Companies like Neuspeed has a large amount of resources to mass produce these type of strut bars which they can sell for much cheaper.

I on the other hand wouldn't pay 400 for a strut bar.. lol I bought a neuspeed bar for my last car for 80 bucks. very well made.

good job for making a bar for the G though

I understand. This STB was very hard to make and took a great deal of time to perfect. There is $230+ in just meterial, let alone the labor and time. I hope this explains the price better. I personaly would pay more than $400 for a (STB with this kind of chraftsmanship for a G35) if I wasn't already making them.

I would love it for someone to make a STB like this for a G35 for cheaper believe me, but 3 years now and nobody is producing them (after seing the work involved I see why now)

No pics of an installed black one yet.....they sell so fast and I have been super busy. They look exactly like this silver one, except in gloss black.

636Racer,-- I do not know if it will fit with the TN ST kit yet. If it doesn't fit and there is a high enough demand I will make a version that will fit. I will let someone have one for almost half price if they let me test fit it on their car for a day or so (that has a TN ST kit)

amG35-- Same as above goes to a sedan owner that will do the same. (test fit it) I had one lined up but he flaked.

USN HM 350Z-- Thanks John, I can still make you a custom one for your Z if you still want one....Call me.
BTW....Hows our...I mean your car doing?...

lowrider-- Sounds great, thanks Lou.

Default It Fits The Sedan

This morning I test-fitted this front strut tower brace on a G35 sedan. The brace fits great, just as it does on the coupes, without any other needed modifications.
If your car is still using the stock air intake and the plastic engine cover (I would assume that these would be the first things to go) You still will need to get rid of, or cut the stock flimsey plastic engine cover for clearance. (I don't know why someone would want to keep that cheap looking, heat trapping cover on their car in the first place ) This brace fits better with some type of a cold air intake, the restrictive stock air box is kinda in the way of the mounts on the drivers side. Other than that, everything is great and these braces bolt right on and fit on both the coupe and the sedan great.

i think most who are modding, except the FI guys, are keeping the cover
also, cold airs havent been proven to do more than a few hp, so a lot of people arent doing that either.

No, no fitment issue at all with the Stillen Cold air box, (or any other CAI that I know of) It bolts right in.
