also, don't forget, the ARC is FULL titanium, including the ends. It's super light, and still very strong. Any other design with this material, might actually be weaker overall, using this material, or even more costly, one way or the other.
And you will probably be able to shim the ARC bar up a bit as well, just like a stock bar over a motordyne spacer etc...

I'm not sure if it will fit with an aftermarket plenum.
Remember, this is still in production, the pictures were the finalized test fit for the product, so we have not had a chance to test it with various plenum upgrdes. However, It should work with some plenum upgrades/spacers, if you shim the bar up, however again, we have not been able to measure it etc...
Just like the 350Z i would assume that this would only be compatible with stock or 5/16th style spacers (with use of shims).

Again, it should fit over the motordyne spacer, with shims, just like the 350Z.
But since these have yet to come in, (all pre orders at this point still), we can't fit it to see.....

I'll tell you... I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars on my G but I would never pay $500.00 for a STB!!!
FYI DC sports makes a titanium one for the G35 coupe for around 300 bucks

Yeah the DC Sports one is listed on some websites but if you call them to order the bar they shops will tell you it's not out yet. I was told by two different shops that it has been in the works for a long time and that there was no ETA on it. It might never be made.

I did a lot of driving in the Arizona Mountains on the way to Sedona, and the car handled great. I had been thinking of some suspension mods, but no more. The stock suspension is just fine, it just needed something to tie it together, just what the STB does. Going in a straight line feels very much the same, but somehow I feel a little more planted. Lane changing while good before, is more crisp now. U Turns are extremely flat, and I swear some of my understeer is gone. Mountain driving was really fun, but I couldn't push it or my wife would have had a fit. There is no downside to this mod, except perhaps the steep price. But, with the precision mounting system, and the engineering necessary because of all the crap around the strut towers, I guess you get what you pay for. To me, this STB is a "Must Have" to all of us who enjoy vigorous driving and a great handling automobile. I've attached a couple of pics. The first one is a before with my cut engine cover. The second shows the bar installed, and the third the driver's side STB Support.

$400 for the VRT or $500 for the ARC. If I'm already dropping $400 to get a good quality strut bar, why not just pony up the other $100 and get titanium? Both look like excellent products but Motordyne will be getting my money first. :P Will be a tough call on which one I get though...
