100 shot will work, but please make sure to put in a few gallons of VP MS109 or C16 race gas. The VQ's timing is pretty advanced stock and these engines cannot handle very much detonation and depending on the temp, altitude and other circumstances you could find yourself with a big heap of scrap metal engine. I've already blown my engine once so please dont just assume that a 100 shot will be fine with no problems. To keep things in check you'll need to slightly reduce timing which costs $$$ or just put in a few gallons of race gas, your engine will thank you

For the best info on this please call SGP Racing, Forged Performance, Altered Atmosphere. All of these shops will have the "correct" info for you. There are way too many people on these boards who will give you advice on NOS without knowing really anything at all of what they are talking about. And of course some people who what's up but when it comes to something as critical and expensive as your engine I'd seek out some professional advice

like auduble mayhem said, you 'll be golden with a "100 shot." Use 93 octane.

Additionally, go with NX products. Beefiest solenoids out there.

now i purge it over my intake plenum.

Default I have a NOS kit for sale.

Was on my car, until I put twin turbo's on. Kit complete w/2 bottles, (one is full), purge, lines, foggers, jets, bottle warmer, pressure gauge, etc. I paid over $1100 for the kit, will sell for $500 plus shipping if necessary. If I have to ship, I will have to empty the full bottle. email me at jkaale@nationwidetlg.com or call me toll free at 1-800-795-7330

Pics available.

A full bottle should last for about 3 or 4 passes at the strip. Cost to refill is roughly $25. at a speed shop.

if you have a house, call an "oxygen or gas supply company. I used to get home delivery of the BIG bottles. I would fill my own bottles using just a basic temp/pressure differential. The only place near me filled bottles for $40 a bottle. I got home deliveey for a little less than $2.00 per pound!!!
