If you think the Altima Coupe= G35... then you might as well should say "350z= Altima Coupe.

IMO, the Altima Coupe looks more like a Z than a G35.





Overall, I believe it doesnt look like either a Z or G. Its more like a Pontiac G6, especially the rear:

yah id have to say its a nissan altima mixed with g35... to end up looking a lot like a pontiac g6/g35 unwanted child....



bad move imo . makes me not want the g35..
in the upside im sure people will still be able to tell that its a g35 or altima..
and the new redesigned 2008 g35 should be entirely sexy!!

but business wise... nissan probably gonna make a killing on this..to compete against the accord and camry solara..

Suddenly my z doesn't stand out to much from the Nissan lineup. I bought a Z in part because it was different. If I wasn't such a Z fan and still owned a nice datsun Z I would have bought a damn vette. I am thinking now I should've.

 

it looks kindda nice, interior is a big improvment from the previous model.

 

Definitely looks like a G...except maybe a few more curves on its ***. The *** of the G looks like a piece of toast.

 

SER version would be hot.

 

I think the car looks great from the side and rear, the front just looks like a standard run of the mill nissan IMO. ONE THING THOUGH: I wish nissan would have reserved that side profile window/roof design to only be used on the G/350z. Now that our unique roof/window line is on a 3rd car, it makes ours blend in with it now!

Since it is impossible to tell how the car looks with those terrible 15" wheels and gap, I did some photoshopping. the black wheels are the 20"s I have on my Z.

 

i want that car badly. i have a buddy who works at a dealer. hopefully some decnt looking 18-19" wheels will be in an option package. black on black with leather an v6/cvt... cant wait!

looks like a Z/altima hybrid from the front G from the side and weird from the rear.

 

The larger wheels via photoshop make it look much better IMO.

I think its a great looking coupe... and it looks like it has allot of wonderfull features. Im looking to replace my current daily driver / beater (1993 Sentra). This may be the way to go

 

The look may grow on me (like a fungus) but right now I'm not feeling it.

I DO however like the push button start. Now I can finally add a genuine NISSAN push button start to my Z (maybe?).

 

i dont get it... if the altima comes in a coupe version then isn't it almost like a Z?
