Whoa! Interesting concept. I'd have to see them in real life first, though.

looks like the inner piece of the Infiniti logo is held only by two small sprues. Will there be a tendancy for the inner logo to possibly bend or break away if kicked or pressure from your feet is applied to it continually?

I guess thats the bummer with a "closed" logo.

NZ quite a few logos are closed like that so I haev to connect it with a strip. So far no complaints, and no problems so its good to go

Way off topic, but it's kind of ghetto of Nissan/Infiniti the way they position their cars. Like the volume controls on the steering wheel, they could have included this on the 350z (it's quite obviously the same steering wheel frame/internals), but they leave stuff like that off to entice you to buy their "high end" line of cars. Stupid thing is my fully loaded touring 350z costs quite a bit more than a fully loaded G35c, I bought the Nissan for it's looks.

/rant off

actually....a sports car with stereo buttons on the wheel?

Cmon - Also the wheels are kinda diff btw the two cars.

Ppl who dont/cant understand the diff btw these two fine automobiles simply need to get a g35. remember that in japan there IS no infinity. You can have a skyline coupe - or a fairlady...same car co.

I wouldn't mind having the controls on the steering wheel, but it doesn't make THAT much of a difference. Just a little reach and it's done.

WOW!! Nice work! And kudos to the owner of that G35!!

To add to the discussion, a lot of us Coupe owners opted for the Infiniti due to those creature comforts. A line does have to be drawn somewhere. The more amenities you add to the Z, the heavier its going to get, thus taking away from performance.

That looks like a pre-production G35 with the different console, button for the ashtray and aluminum pedals.. Or is that how the early models looked?

Oddly enough, I JUST got done cutting an extra set of G35 mats TODAY. They are available for sale as of now if your interested. You can order online using paypal or submit a request for Money Order. If you have other questions just shoot me an email.
