Default Performance Parts - Upgrade

Hello,

I am new to the site. I recently purchased a 2004 G35 C. I am looking to do performance work on my car. Body kit, lambo doors & etc.
For now I am working on a 5 K budget for the next year to invest into "MISC" car parts.

Does any one have suggestions or any sites or companies I can look out for?
From most of you being longer owners of the Coupes. What would be the smartest long term investment for me to do in terms of performance? Intake? Suspension? Roters? engine? What upgrades can I start with?

I went to this site today.. and fell inlove with this BLACK G 35. - Its amazing how that car looked.

PS. I am in New York. Looking for shops near by, but thats not an issue I can get installers.

Welcome to the forum! As a start, to get the most enjoyment out of your car as a whole is to invest money into better suspension and brakes which in turn will let you put that horsepower you already have to better use. Look for a Brembo brake kit, maybe some Koni adjustable suspension and bigger wheels to let those bigger brakes fit properly. Once you do that then you can mod your engine and make your car faster and have the car ready for those speed upgrades. With 5K you can get the Brembo kit and a suspension kit. The wheels depending which you go with can cost you a little under 5K just by themselves. Hope this helps! That's a beautiful G35...
