Are you guys sure thats the specs for the Coupe or are those the specs for the sedan. I'm sorry but 5.4 sec 0-60 and 14.0 0-60 with 330 in a coupe is weak. The current g35 coupe isn't far from that. This has to be specs for the sedan.

Considering that a G37 sedan doesn't exist (not yet, at least) that is the coupe. It's from the newest issue of Motor Trend that compares the G37 Coupe vs. the 335i Coupe. There's probably some room to improve those numbers, but nothing that's out of the realm of what current Zs and lightly modded Gs are doing. The added weight, on top of a zero gain in torque really makes this sour to me.

wow that sucks, i know they are coming with a g37 sedan, i read it somewhere. I think the g35c looks better anyway, might be able to pick one up cheap since the g37 is coming hah.

what are you talking about?

high gains in torque have been seen on the new motor as opposed to the old one. perhaps you don't understand the concept of torque vs. power and the value of looking at dynamometer values correctly (i.e. look at the area under the curve)

I suggest you look at the area under the curve as that shows more true gains and compare the engines again. peak means very little which is why people speak about hp and tq as curves in proper engineering circles when comparing anything.
