I couldn't get a good feel for it with only the close up pics you provided. I needed to see the entire side skirt from a more straight angle.
So I pulled this pic off of the Intense website:
Not bad... Kinda like them. But I think I would like them better without the vent at the rear.
On a side note, that Chargespeed front bumper is FUGLY!

Thanks for the input guys.... it means alot..... I do agree that the front is ugly ( in my opinion)

I forgot to ask... no other mods to the backside of the wheel well right??? Only had to roll the fenders?
