I couldn't get a good feel for it with only the close up pics you provided. I needed to see the entire side skirt from a more straight angle.
So I pulled this pic off of the Intense website:

Not bad... Kinda like them. But I think I would like them better without the vent at the rear.
On a side note, that Chargespeed front bumper is FUGLY!

Sorry to go OT, but (I don't recall from your other posts) did you roll your rear fenders to fit those 20" wheels with 305/25 tires? My iForged wheels finally arrived and I'm having them installed next week. I got 19 x 9.5 front and 19 x 11 rear, which are going to be shod with 255/35 and 305/30 PS2's. I'm getting my rear fenders rolled to accomdate them and was curious if you had to as well. Your wheel/tire fitment looks awesome BTW.
