well after about 12hrs...they finally are on, seibon CF doors...plans for the fenders are in progress and are going to be on order on thurs. fenders will be 10mm wider than stock but will have oem fitment...wish me luck and enjoy the pics
Personally I'm not down with the whole, half the panels body color and half the panels CF, BUT... that being said... it's your car and you're the one driving it. So if you're happy, I'm happy for ya.
Glad you got it done. Fitment, 12 hours, sounds like a hella lot of work! lol
Props for spending that kind of money on making the car a checkered pattern... Truth is though I'm not feeling it. How much weight does this actually save anyhow? Its not dry carbon is it.
Hrm.... Love the idea, but the "checkered" effect of hood, fender, door, 1/4 panel, and trunk alternating colors would take a minute to get used to.
I'm withholding judgment until I see it with the cf fenders and a black A pillar.
i aggree, i hope things fall in place once the fenders are on,door handles and pillars are painted, and possible CF bumper to set things off...still long to find a good deal on one of those, thanks for the feedback
dude your doors are badass. how much work did it take to make everything fit and mount up? was everything like oem?
everything except the inner skins and outside window weather stripping fit beautifully, im working on getting the weather stripping for the window now...only bad part is i think i may have to order it from japan, communication is rough oredering parts from over there, the skins fit like oem, but there are no holes pre drilled, so you have to be dead on your measurments when attempting to put on,other than that, everything else bolts on,just alot of drilling.NOTE:the doors do NOT come pre drilled!

thanks for the feedback im debating weather to paint the car black or graphits...depends on how things look when the CF is all done...any ideas?
