did you do them yourself?

Can you recommend a shop that can roll fenders in Houston that uses a hub-mounted tool along with a heat gun?

I've heard that it is good to cut the edges at the bottom of each rainbow so that the when you roll you won't tug on the fender; the idea is that the lip will lay down like the biitch that it is w/out cracking paint or creasing the fender. This might not be necessary if you have a good shop doing it and you would need a rust inhibitor too.

Yes, I did alot of researching between the two driver crashes. I went into threads like "oem 19s come in please" "coupe wheels on a sedan"
"rays 19 question" "sedan picture compilation--search for specific member like superb16". Once I was in the thread I was sig-whoring.....ie sig-fishing for cpe 19s, 19-coupe, coupe 19s etc. If I saw that I went to "view profile>view all threads started by member" I would scan their threads and 30% of the time I would see a thread like"just intalled my coupe 19s" and then I would go in and read and save all the pics to my pic-folder. Most of them I saved by member name, but a few pics I don't exactly know who they are and some of them are no longer members and sold off their wheels/cars. Some are members, but sold the wheels like chobble. Anyway, not sure you wanted a thesis but you got one anyway!!

BTW--I agree with it looking better leaning at the nose a bit(slight "brake-dive"), rather than the "constant-acceleration-squat-look"...down in rear.

Have you heard anything about using z springs front(1"drop) and g coupe springs rear with 342 spring rate(unrevised) (1/2" drop). I will most likely use 245/35 front and rears. I hope this gives an even drop. If its too high in the back, I will go z all around.

I went to cartronix. They used a hub-mounted tool with a heat gun. It took about 30 minutes to get it done. Im happy with the results.GL. Im located in cypress if you want to come and take a look at mine. LMK. Cole.

You rock, thanks so much. If you recommend them(no paint crack and fender creasing) that is a good start for me. I know there is always a risk, but as long as they have the right tools and take their time, should be good.

I did not want to go cold and just pick a shop.

Is it like 50 bucks a side?

Do they install springs, do alignment/camber kits, coupe midpipes and such......just curious. I will call them.

I believe it was $80 for both sides. Not sure if the do anything else. I do all my suspension mods myself(besides alignment).

^^ok cool. I wish I could do stuff myself, but I don't have the time, tools, or desire. But I find it admirable.

I thought 1" drops on all 4 corners created a lower drop in rear/ higher in front..like the first 3 silver car pics........(except the 4th pic, gz19pic is down in the front like yours).

And to solve this, people use Z springs front (1" drop) and g coupe springs rear(1/2" drop) to bring the rear up and even, like the car with chrome pillars/girl in back.(not sure if that car has z front/g rear springs, though)

**I know the fenders are cut lower in the back, so I'm talking about a perceived even drop**

first G is Z springs on all 4 corners I think.
parkinglot silver G(3rd pic) is eibach prokit
4th pic is Z all around.
last pic, not sure, maybe z front, g coupe rear.

Anyone else with an answer, please chime in.
The 1st pic is 350z tein Htech fronts and coupe rears, but just after the install of the front springs, they havent settled yet, Im hoping for another .25" in the front. If you look at my other treads that drop is 350z/coupe drop. I have been trying to get my front to sit like the rear, just above the tire but had no success so far. The z and coupe springs I ran where revized FYI
