$388 is a pretty good deal actually for what they are going to change: diff fluid, tranny fluid, oil change, in cabin air filter, engine filter.
If your not very handy with tools i say go for it. I personally took mine in for the tranny and diff flush and it was about $180 two years ago, I didn't want to mess with disposal and the location of the nuts to drain weren't the easiest to get to so I figured just let them do it on the lift. I did however do my own pad and rotor change when it was time, its a total rip at the dealer.

damn, for 388 i would expect them to replace the air filter, not clean it. do your bro a favor and tell him to do most of that stuff himself. he'll spend about 100 in parts and you 2 could make an evening of it if you have the tools. if not, take it to a nissan dealer to just inspect the stuff. whatever you do, don't go to firestone.
++++++1 on that!!!
